Traditional Build
If you choose the build only option, our in-house team will work hard to form a strong working relationship with all other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed to an excellent standard. We recognise that it can be the attention to detail that makes all the difference in the presentation of a Private Development. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the finished result matches buyers high expectations so that our homes continue to provide satisfied home owners well into the future.
Refurbishments
When carrying out refurbishments it is important to be sympathetic to the existing structures and preserve as much as possible. The conversion from old to new can be rewarding and provide a building with a whole new life cycle.
Compliance
We have vast experience in delivering schemes to specific compliance criteria and multiple requirements on our projects. This includes the requirements of building guarantee providers such as Premier, LABC and NHBC.
Additionally many projects are needed to also comply with specific regulations of Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design, Considerate Contractor and Part mobility access.
Premier Guarantee
Premier offer a structural warranty for all types of builds and sizes including Affordable Homes providers and Private developers.
LABC
A structural warranty provider offering cover for a range of projects and builds. LABC work in partnership with Local Authority Building Control.
NHBC
The NHBC is the most well known home construction warranty provider offering cover to new and newly converted homes in the UK.
Lifetime Homes
Established to ensure that homes are built with the future in mind and have accessibility and inclusion incorporated into their design. Lifetime Homes are all about flexibility and adaptability to allow homes to be suitable for raising small children to coping with illness or reduced mobility later in life.
Secured by Design
The official UK police flagship initiative combining the principles of “designing out crime” with physical security.
Considerate Contractors
The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general public, the workforce and the environment.
